What data we collect
When you use the contact form, we store your name, email, organization, job title, subject and message, as well as the page you came from and campaign parameters (UTM), if any. The IP address is not stored with the message; we only keep an irreversible code to prevent abuse of the form.
Visit statistics
To understand which content is read, the site records the IP address, date and time, pages visited, referring page and browser type. From the IP, we estimate the approximate city and country using the ip-api.com service. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools. These records are automatically deleted after 13 months.
Social media posts
Some Instagram and LinkedIn posts are embedded on the site. When they load, your browser connects to those platforms, which follow their own privacy policies.
The WhatsApp button opens a conversation in the WhatsApp app (Meta). From then on, WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy apply.
How we use it
To respond to your request, understand which content on the site leads to conversations and improve the site. We do not sell or share your data for third-party marketing.
How long we keep it
Form messages: for as long as needed for the conversation and any subsequent work together. Visit statistics: 13 months. You can request deletion at any time.
Embedded videos
YouTube videos only load when you click to watch, through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain.

Under Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD), you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data through the contact form.
